StrangeWorks was started in 2006 by a group of artists who design, construct and facilitate theatrical performances that are specific to people, place and occasion. Founded by William Bock, Mary Doyle and Georgia Jacob who all studied theatre design at Central Saint Martins and have worked collaboratively since 2002.

StrangeWorks works alongside local community groups, arts collectives and individuals to create provocative, inspirational performances and workshops.

Georgia Jacob is a Puppet maker, Illustrator and theatre designer. Outside StrangeWorks she has worked with:

William Bock is a freelance Set designer, Painter and Maker. Outside of StrangeWorks he has worked as:

Facilitator for creative community workshops in Tower hamlets and Hackney, London

Scenic Artist for The Hayward Gallery, The Southbank Centre and The BAC

Set Designer for The International Performance Art Library (PSI)

Commissioned Painter

William is currently pursuing a personal arts project to uncover and document the stories within his own european family tree

Mary Doyle is a Theater Designer, activities worker for St. Mungo's Homeless Charity and co-founder of the online storytelling Radio, 'Seven Seas'. Outside StrangeWorks Mary has worked as a designer with:
